Looking for support to navigate military experiences and trauma?

Are you a veteran struggling with:

✅ Persistent stress, anxiety, or PTSD symptoms related to military service?
✅ Moral injury or feelings of guilt, shame, or conflict from past experiences?
✅ Difficulty expressing emotions or connecting with others after service?
✅ Challenges transitioning to civilian life or coping with major life changes?

I offer guidance grounded in research and years of arts-based practice, integrating creative and action-oriented approaches to help process experiences, build resilience, and support emotional well-being—even when words aren’t enough.

Research shows creative approaches can support healing for veterans

Studies indicate that veterans experiencing PTSD, moral injury, or military-related trauma often struggle to put their experiences into words. Research shows that non-verbal, action-oriented therapies—like art therapy practices—can help process emotions, reduce stress, and promote resilience.

Moral injury happens when what you’ve witnessed or done in service conflicts with your sense of right and wrong. Through gentle support, reflection, and creative approaches, we can process these experiences, express what’s hard to say, and find ways to rebuild trust in yourself and your life.

Together, we can face difficult memories, explore moral injury, and rebuild a sense of self-worth in a safe, non-judgmental space.
